All are welcome! In this four-week introductory series, we will explore Zen meditation and our koan culture of awakening together in the midst of our ordinary lives.
Each session will include information on our Way and time for meditation, as well as for conversation and questions. This class is for you if you are new to meditation, or if you have practiced in another tradition and are curious to explore our Zen practice.
